We have a client who had previously been with four different care providers.
Now, those of you working in the care sector will probably appreciate that this can sometimes mean a few challenges along the way! 😊
For everyones protection, two carers attend together at all times.
Let's just say, building trust and keeping everyone happy hasn't always been straightforward!
But heres the lovely part.
Our team have done an absolutely fantastic job! ❤️
Through patience, consistency, professionalism and genuinely caring about the person, they have managed to overcome many of the challenges.
And most importantly, the family are really happy with the progress we've made.
Does this mean everything will be perfect from now on?
Of course not!
There will always be good days and challenging days. But you dont always need a massive breakthrough to make a difference. Sometimes its the small improvements, one visit at a time, that eventually change everything.
Today, I simply want to say WELL DONE and THANK YOU to our wonderful team.
