A warm welcome to Debbie, our new Care Manager at MELOOSHA HOMECARE FALKIRK!
Debbie has only been with us for three weeks, but she's already making a real difference! She has settled into the team beautifully, built great relationships with everyone and made some fantastic progress in a very short space of time.
What makes Debbie particularly special is that she brings 30 years of experience as a registered nurse! Thats three decades of knowledge, experience, caring for people and dealing with all sorts of situations.
And believe me, in the care sector, that experience is worth its weight in gold!
One thing I've always believed is that you can teach someone processes and systems, but you can't teach 30 years of experience overnight.
Its lovely to see someone join a business and fit in so naturally, bringing fresh ideas, knowledge and a positive attitude.
Debbie, we are delighted to have you on board, and Im really looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together.
